FOR NEW ITEMS!
Customers may return an item within 3 days after receiving it. Item can be returned; only if the item you receive is not in good working order, manufacturing defect or if the item doesn't meet expectations.
Customers shall pay return postage, with insurance included, for the item. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
Email us within 3 days for return instructions. Customers must request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. JBK Cinequipt LLC charges a standard 10% restocking fee. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the refund. We will issue a refund less shipping charges plus 10%, if the item has not been used or tampered with. Items can be returned the same way it was shipped and ONLY in original packaging.
